Plutocratic Future-Think ( Hey!...Big Brother! )
-------------------------
HypnoToad72 says:

"Of course, once India gets rubbed the wrong way, they'll close their doors to us anyway. Kinda hard to have globalization when those pesky black lines drawn around big plots of land still have meaning in non-economic ways. The corporate element forgot about that. (oops)

Or had they?"
-----------------------

When plutocrats consider the future...they tend to think in terms of generations ahead or rather centuries ahead...not just merely years or even decades in advance...I suspect.

How else better for Plutocrats to preserve
their own ancestral strangeholds upon global wealth and power?

And what do you think they see...

Even now as we furiously export almost
all of America's most highly paid and
laborious manufacturing jobs...as well as
our most advanced sophisticated technical processes overseas in order to rape the
greater profits from the super-abundant
and super-cheap labor markets over there?

Now can you hear that huge "sucking sound"
as America's industrial manufacturing base
and our decent union wage jobs disappear?

Now can you hear the great tearing of
our fragile social fabric even as own
middle-class and it's values vanish
too along with them?

Is that what it really takes for this
country to become an information and
service based economy...

the blatant economic annihilation of
our greatest strength...

the true back-bone of our nation...

the formerly-Great American middle
class?

Isn't that rather like severing the
body to save the head?

Perhaps America's most bubble-headed
Plutocrats have already managed to
detach themselves from the rest of
us...

in preference to some other means
of economic life-support and intensive
care for their own kind?

Graft & Corruption in Washington? Is
that what that's all about?

Is that what the grand design seems
to be as current global realities
come ever more sharply into focus?

Rape all the profits you can while
you can...always regardless of the
present-future costs...

and that's why we must continue
to...

Cut-off the body to save the head?
