No, I don't have a sound card. Dobly 6.1 & 6 channel sound included in the MB is more than I want; I'm not a teenager trying to lock myself in the bedroom and rock the house with my computer.
Don't have a modem either, but it ain't no telephone anyway. Ever try to talk through the modem. Even us low level geeks know a modem is a digital device necessary only because our phone lines are analog.
