Preholiday price cuts from Intel, AMD

I think it's lagging sales

I have Athlon Tbird 1.3 Ghz. My processor usage is about 3% yet my computer is slow. So it isn't the Processor. It's the harddrive and ram plus video card. Quite an upgrade really. Now I know many people in the same boat as me.

If AMD and INTEL are smart they will play to this crowd. If you have to upgrade that much and there is lower priced CPU on the market then why not just go a whole new system. Or add in a processor upgrade to it.

Just makes sense.

TCPA is still a long ways off if going from Microsoft projected release. Wasn't it like sometime after 2007?
