It must be web based.
How could this work for a business unless it were web based. I mean if it is a fat client and you are at one of your other offices and need to update the result of your servicing a help call what are you going to do? Load a framework to one of the user workstations. Sorry charley often these are locked down by the network administrator. I suppose you will have to carry a laptop everywhere with wifi everywhere. Argh - there are a plenty helpcall systems that are web based. I think some of the webtools even use that as a training exersise. It can't be fat - really?
