SUN and McNealy can be credited for inventing what we look at being web services today. Java started that ball rolling. SUN deserves credit.

But seriously, you folks that constantly harp on Microsoft for not innovating or competing full core are more inept than some of McNealy's mistakes including his obsessive MS bantering, instead of actually bringing java and other SUN apps up to snuff.

C# and .NET may have been conceived out of the ideas from java, but in many ways its proving superior. Blabbing out jokes spewing the same old cliche statements does nothing to improve on your products and stay competitive. Plus SUN's strenght is hardware, not software. MS is software and not hardware.
