McNealy is still king
From all appearances, Schartz will simply have more authority delegated to him as "prime minister". The fact that McNealy remains the chairman and will be heavily involved in customer relations makes this clear. Look for McNealy to be "salesman in chief" (a natural role for any boss).

Looks a lot like the relationship between Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer.
