Dell Support
All I have heard from people using Dell first level support is complaints. They can't understand the support people who answer the phone. It's hard to fix your computer when you can't understand the person who is directing your efforts.

Dell's solution is to run ads showing American workers anwering the support telephones. Talk about lying to the public. Make my next computer a homebuilt.
