No wonder when...
Dell outsources all their support to India, no offence but their customer service has sharply declined in the last few years ever since they outsourced everything.

I remember my first pc from them back in 96 when Pentium 2s where king, I only had to call support once back then and they solved the problem in no time flat. I've had friends with actual hardware problems with Dells over and over and they can't get a straight anwser or any real help and not to mention not being able to understand the employees...
