I disagree somewhat
??Don't think so. If they have a better product, a better product sells at a competitive price. You're assuming intel has to build a better product AND price it lower than AMD. Not sure whee you get that logic.??

Intel has historically priced their hottest chips above the competition so I don??t understand the logic in your statement. When they were making a profit, AMD was drowning in red ink. However
times have changed and they can??t afford to price themselves out of the market. AMD is one who showed the world that a better product can sell at a competitive which has proven to be a rather
expensive lesson for Intel given their recent losses.

??Comparing AMD to Apple is wishful thinking. AMD is no Apple.??

You??re right AMD is no Apple, they??re actually a hell of a lot more innovative??
However they both DO have a loyal following. So what was your point again?

??Gotta disagree with you there. AMD does NOT want a price war with Intel. I'm afraid AMD will lose that one every time. The good news for you is that Intel will not be allowed to launch their nuclear option with AMD.??

Sorry to burst your bubble but AMD has ALWAYS been in a price war with Intel.
It??s just that now they??re in a better to position to be in one and still post a profit.
