Not support technicians
Who said anything about support technicians. I said and meant systems engineers. I would have to say we are not your "typical" school. We have many custom applications and needs when it comes to our hardware and software. I am not getting info from 1-800 support numbers, I am getting information and providing feedback to people who design and develop hardware and software. I am not trying to knock your position and I am sure you are a very bright individual but just don't count AMD out as they will have and continue to have competive products. AMD will win rounds and Intel will win rounds and I hope it stays that way.
