How many of them have had a chance to try it? And compare it to the competition(?). Dell's custmers must be both discerning and clairvoyant.

On DRM, this issue has not yet become prominent. And if the DRMed hardware doesn't create much disruption in normal use then there is a good chance the public never will get very interested.
