Still Gearing Up To Rebut AMD
Intel and this chip buyer are asserting that this PC builder has the backbone to resist Intel's backroom deals geared to freeze out AMD.

My imoression is, Intel has always had Dell in its back pocket and this declaration of independence by Dell is probably worth another 5% discount for 6 mnths.
