Apple had 802.11-equipped Pismo Powerbooks on the market
more than a year before Dell got around to including that
standard in their products. As I recall, back in late 2001, Michael
Dell tried to make this same claim of being first with 802.11,
and got called on it. Guess they figured that enough time had
elapsed, and people would forget who the true innovators
