not all China same, Taiwan is better
As the subject says, Taiwan is a much better place than mainland China and much of the manufacturing/engineering mentioned is actually done there for a lot of the companies. Only in the last few years have some of the U.S. companies gone directly to China and eventually they will regret that as usually they do not own or have ultimate say on how that company is run.
