You appantly did not read the header story before you started responding, or else you had your mind already made up and did not wish to be confused by facts. Whether you would buy a Lenovo computer is a personal matter, just as one may prefer some other brand. But the paranoia that the fact that the company is a Chinese brand and that the Chinese government has a financial interest (a minority, by the way) in the company plays to the same tune as the debacle over the DP World aquisition of the British company P&O and it's move to manage the terminal operations in U.S. ports. Sounds nice and patriotic, but is completely without logic in the real world and seperates those who understand such things from those making mouth noices for the benefit of their listeners. And before you think I'm some left-wing liberal sounding off, I'm a retired U.S. Navy officer (submarine service and Special Warfare) and a former senior U.S. Customs official. Been there, done that.
