DRAM probe picks up steam

Unbelievable reporting: I can't believe that Parker's comments are unchallenged by the reporter. Rambus "won" the FTC case when all of the charges against them were dismissed.

Why would Rambus attempp "to confuse these issues to take attention from the FTC's charges against Rambus" when all (12 counts) the anti trust charges were dismissed. Why do they need to attempt "to distract the public and others from their actions" when there have been no actions that they are guilty of.
