Broadband on the Power Lines
Telephone, cable and broadband can easily be transmitted over the electric lines. AT&T no doubt will jump at the chance to compete with it's own broadband cable company (COMCAST). Anti-trust issues won't be a problem with the current administration so AT&T can get back to business as usual, screwing the public in any way it can. Just make it appear to be real competition, seems to be alot of this type of BSing going on now>
