If these people want my residential business
they will have to bring their pricing waaaaaay down from what it is now.
They offshore telephone support, put their prices through the roof, then wonder why they don't have as many subscribers as projected.
I need more speed at home, but at the current price levels, theres not enough value there to justify the cost.
