- Why would these men go to jail for price-fixing when the U.S. Oil manufactures and distributors like Shell, Chevron and Union 76 have done the same thing with our oil prices for years now? Why not prosecute these companies on the same grounds? They have obviously conspired to unjustly take U.S. citizens money and worse more used our U.S. military forces for their own personal gain.
