Why are people so hard on Dell?
I've been buying them for the last 10 years or so and other than a couple of whinning hard drives (which were promptly replaced), I haven't had any major problems with any of them.

If Dell apparently sucks so bad, assuming one doesn't have the knowledge or mechanical skills to build his own boxes, where would Dell haters suggest is a good place to get a quality, pre-built PC?
