Actually.. Its more like the opposite
As a former employee of best buy I think you have the opposite. I see more times that the employees attempt to use terms they do not understand to try and confuse the customer into thinking they know what they are talking about. I am on the belief that someone should not be working in a field if they do not know the material or cannot learn within a short period of time. I understand that Best Buy is retail and they are not going to get experts all the time, but when these kids think they are and provide crappy service then there is a problem. Now I am not speaking about all best buy sales people, but I would have to say that many are like that. Basically all I buy out of that store now is movies as better deals can be found elseware on most other stuff.
