Thats not true
Seeing as most items sold at best buy are regulated by MSRP and you can find items at other stores that offer better service for the same price range. Unfortunately some of those stores do not have the selection best buy can offer. I know for a fact that thier home theatre department and car audio department sell a lot of items with a high mark up price. Speakers, Stereos, A/V Cables all have a high profit margin. I miss the 40% - 60% discount I used to get on them. Also many of their prices are ridiculus. Their computer parts are insanely high and almost always can be found cheaper elseware. A company like that should be able to offer good price to service ratio even if it means finding more qualified people and paying them a little more.
