True story about Best Buy "techs":
A buddy of mine went to a nearby Best Buy and saw a high-dollar video card in the "Opened Product" bin; selling for a fraction of its retail price. Knowing, as he did, that sometimes these items are returned by someone who simply did not know how to install it, he opened the box to examine it. He then purchased the card and took it home.

The mounting plate on the card had a big, rectangular hole in it to accomodate various configurations of the business end of the monitor card. All he had to do to get it working was remove the two screws at the top and bottom of the card, turn the plate right-side-up and replace the screws. The card works great.

Now, what is the expertise level of someone who doesn't notice that the reason you can't put the card into the machine is because the mounting plate has been affixed upside-down to the card?
