Consumer behavior ...
In several concept stores located in the Midwest, Best Buy is gathering data about consumer behavior

Anybody else ever feel like a lab rat ... being poked and prodded by The Corporation as an attempt to figure out how to extract as much money from me as possible? I suppose at the end of the day, that is what they're supposed to do, but it's still a little unsettling.

The new stores, with names like Eq-life, Studio d and Escape, are helping Best Buy understand how to improve the shopping experience of a new class of technology buyers.

Well, you could start buy hiring people who know what they're doing ... you know, like a guy selling HDTVs who actually knows what 'HDMI' means? This ain't rocket science, guys.
