Dell has made several innovations ...
Dell has put several of their own innovations into their machines. Like their motherboard mounts that fit no other on the market; their proprietary wiring harness (I heard they were phasing this one out though after users fried their MB by attempting to plug a standard PSU - which actually fit the standard wiring brackets even though the pin locations were different); which brings us to the unique Dell designed PSU, so you must physically cut your case to get one with realistic power levels to fit; their proprietary BIOS; etc.
