Linux really has won the cluster war. Microsoft has no clue here. Nothing wrong with Apples Darwin kernel though. Looks like we will be seeing some Mac clusters as well.

So how much would it cost for Win2003 server on 12,000 processors???? And how much memory would be required for 12,000 copies of IIS, Media player, and IE???

Billions in the bank, and they have NO clue.
