You Jest of Course.
Microsoft is famous for Bill Gates comments to Steve Jobs. It was something like "I don't have to have the best techology to win". And of course when you pay folks not to produce this is true. When you have the Bill and Malinda Gates foundation influencing Educational institutions with grants it is true. When you hire thugs from Preston Gates and Ellis and have your dad send Abramoff to the Bush Administration to corrupt it into favorable DOJ settlements and finance the campains of Ashcroft who headed the DOJ it is true. When you are willing to break the law it should tick off many.
