All I know is that my current contract(2 years) with AT&T is up in May, and after learning about Cingular buying out AT&T, I'm already looking at what cellular company to change to. Everyone I know that has used Cingular in the past had major problems from billing mistakes to reception to customer service. It's really too bad because I was really happy with AT&T and had been planning on renewing my contact for probably at least another 2 years but not now.
