I really feel sorry for AT&T customers. I have prior experience with Cingular Wireless as I was employed in an IT group in the biggest call center they operate for over three years. I was once told by someone from the business side that Cingular had yet, in its existence, rolled out a new plan and got the billing correct for the first three months. A company treats its customers exactly as it treats its employees. I quit that hell hole even in the midst of the lack of IT jobs. I have found other IT employment since. However I would rather flip burgers than be a part of that organization. If you can find a loophole, use it.
