AT&T is garbage
Yes they are. I had AT&T for 3 months. Loved the phone I had...And the reception was pretty darn good too. However when I tried to call customer service, and add additional services to my phone. I was on hold for 3 hours, and got NOBODY!!!

Needless to say, I am no longer with them.
