You obviously have not built a PC with a AMD Athlon64 chip! They make P4s look like turtles in gaming & about 90% of all other apps.
I remember when ATI brought out it's new line of Radeon vid cards--nothing worked right & guys like you were goin "boo hoo ..ATI sucks - gimme Nvidia!".
Now that ATI rules the video world - those early days are forgotten - much the way AMDs' early struggles have been - at least by the ppl that use & test the LATEST stuff. I'm sure you are still happy with your Pentium 90 - but the rest of us have moved on!
