You thank Intel? Why? Are you one who thought if it didn't have "Intel Inside" that it wouldn't work? Intel and MS actually run along the same paths. It's funny you should mention them together. Both sit on their arse until they are forced, by competition, to actually make a decent product. That's what I thank AMD for, real competition. I think thanking MS and Intel for the industry shows your youth in this industry. We were getting here one way or the other. If not them than there were others more than willing, and ready, to take their place. In fact, competition is why we are where we are today. Sorry, but I have trouble thanking IBM for much these days wink. I think you simplify and understate AMDs chip design as well as what they may do in the near future. Do you or have you ever used AMD chips?
