Really? Who knew? Those of us who kept on
building our systems with Athlon XP CPUs must
not have gotten the email announcing that.
Silly us--misled by stupid things like better
performance for lower prices, while all the
"with it" people were buying Pentium 4 CPUs!
Guess we've learned our lesson, right? Oh,
wait--it's AMD that now has 81.5% of the
domestic desktop market share, and Intel
that has the 18.5%. I'm so confused!
