Oh c'mon... cry me a river
Do you think for a minute that most students in college graduate totally prepared to jump into their trade? My degree is in accounting, and in my advanced classes, we were still learning to do things on paper, like back in the 60's and 70's. It is up to ever professional to stay abreast and have a continuing education prorgam (whether it's your own money or if your company pays). And most companies are willing to reimburse.. they want employees to keep up. Your bellyaches are getting no sympathy from me. I struggled for many many many years to get proficient in my job before I could handle a high-waged position. Quit crying and hit the books dood! The library is free and IF you work now, ask your employer about continuing education reimbursement. sheezuz!
