But here's the other side
I've got 19 years of experience but no paper & people won't even look at my resume. Add to that the companies who say to American consulting companies; "We can bring someone here from India for only $20/hr" but I've got 2 tuition bills to pay along with vehicle & etc.
Add to that the M$ idea that every few years we're going to change our tech & it will cost you $$$$ to get trained and certified on it or you won't be able to work.
Ones I really feel bad for are the guys in High School trying to figure out which way to go and not really having a clue (like the rest of us) where things are going.
