DRM? C'mon
Don't you think you're getting a little too paranoid? Copying music after it passes through a speaker and then back in to a Mic is the last thing anyone would do. There are much easier ways to copy DRM protected music.

There will always be ways to digitally remove the DRM faster than real-time which is the preferred method. The second method would be to capture the WAV file at the driver level after it's been decrypted although that forces you to copy in real-time which is too slow. No one would ever want to go through a speaker and Mic to copy music.
