Apple fanatics????
"Apple fanatics have always amused me by their willingness to buy anything with an Apple logo stamped on it. Those wacko's are only one step away from the people who like to collect shiny objects in a shoe box under their bed."

I use Macs because I have used Windows in the past. If I had a PC, it would be running some flavor of UNIX (probably Solaris 10) but I don't need that because Mac OS X is a great GUI on top of BSD UNIX. I never did buy a Newton, even though it had an Apple logo, and I just recently got my an iPod, a fifth gen iPod, not the 1st gen, even though all of the earlier models had an Apple logo. I had a 20GB MP3 player (non Apple brand) before, but I needed more space, and being able to put photos and videos on a 60 GB device did it for me.

The Mac users I know do not fit your discription. But i think you do not care about reality, you only care about bashing Mac users. From time to time I have met people who have no other way of feeling good about themselves but to put other people down, if you, OhMyGosh", are one of those people, I am sorry for you. May I suggest getting some good quality counseling? Maybe after several years of treatment, you will learn to like yourself.
