For crying out loud...
Can't ANY TOPIC be discussed on this excuse for a blog site without turning into yet another POSIX/Windows debate?!
Ax: A site is only as secure as its config. We KNOW there are badly-made *n?x sites out there that get hacked. There are also well-made Windows sites out there that don't (very much, at least); paypal.com anyone?
But that doesn't matter. The point is, why doesn't everyone actually discuss the damn topic?! This has NOTHING to do with Intel and AMD's performance! It's just the same tired old debate that the losing side wriggles out of. Although I personally am on the *n?x side here, it doesn't matter; *n?x fanatics are every bit as bad as MicroSoft fanatics. Stop flogging that poor old horse, it's going as fast as it can.

And people wonder why no-one takes ZDNet seriously?
