- I see no need for processor upgrade

I have an AMD Athlon T-Bird 1.3 Ghz and I thought I may need to upgrade. So monitored my processor usuage only to find I'm using and average of 3% of my processor.
The bottle neck is my harddrive (30 GB 7200 RPM) and my 512 MB of SDRAM. I'm thinking I'll get a new harddrive and switch to a gig of DDR RAM first. A new processor gains me nothing.
