So who is better
While everyone complains about the service and some say they will never buy Dell. Who are you going to buy from? HP is rated even lower and Apple seams to be the only one with a great rating. I know all use tech people can build our own but where does that leave the others who are you going to recommend?

Also like all those that whine about not being able to get any help at Walmart and how all the stuff is made in some third world hell hole. How do you think they keep the prices so low so you can afford them? Same thing with Dell how do you sell a 399 computer and have any money left for great support.

I have just gotten 80 new Dell computers at work. I still have to open 20 of them but so far I have one bad monitor one cracked case a bad cd and hard drive. I just used all the parts from the cracked one to fix the others and will send it back.

My boss like you has been getting disillusioned with Dell but in the end we ordered from them as if anything did go very wrong how much trouble can you get in with his boss we did buy DELL the big number one and everyone one is brain washed by the TV ads.

The Dells are replacing CyberMax's anyone know what consumer reports rated their service as? Of course not they went out of business shortly after we got them.
