The name might be problematic
I don't know, usually such cases are about companies deliberately
causing confusion among the buying public, so making a white,
click wheel computer and calling it an e-Pod might be pushing
things a bit too far. Had they merely called it model XL1 or
something less leading, it'd be easier to let slide.
