- Call Centers (INDIA) offer 'Canned Solutions) of NO use at all.

I like the 'canned solutions' they offer, if they don't work then you are on your own.
The quality/support/code_writing goes out the window. From what I have seen the code is written poorly, bloated and full of bugs. Then they have to pay to have it fixed.
