If you buy it again that's your fault not Microsofts
It's true. Products like Office 97 to Office 2000 have little worth upgrading for. But you know what? If I'm buying now I'm going to buy the latest as it's the same price. I'm still using Office 2000 and see little reason to upgrade. Now if I was looking to buy Office again I'd buy the latest not something 4 years old.

Those little enhancements may not be enought to make me upgrade but if I'm buying new then why not offer me a better product with a few minor bonuses here and there. Sure it may not be worth upgrading to in you have the previous version but the person buying for the first time will like that. It's what competition does otherwise they may have just gone for Word Perfect Suite instead.
