Employee theft is usually caused by bad management
If you want to stop employee theft then pay your employee well, treat them with respect, and be aware of you busines.

I've seen too many place pay thier employee next to nothing while expecting them to work like slaves and are treated as such by an owner of business who doesn't even know what's going on in thier business. You know the type. The one that promotes an employee to manager with 50 cent raise in pay and leaves to run the business where they just expect money in the bank each month.

People like this are just wearing a big sign on thier forhead saying "Take Advantage of Me!". No amount of technology will help. If anything it will make theft easier for the employees.
