Does not bode well
I have to agree- there's far too much possibility of misuse by authorities or unauthorized 3rd parties.

Even worse, I bet the next thing would be urging (and then requiring) parents to have RFID chips implanted into their children. Eventually everyone would have the chips implanted, and whoever wanted to could keep track of someone's every move. Far too much risk of the total loss of privacy here.

I don't normally fear advances in technology, but between this and human cloning I see plenty to worry about.
