WIntel is what they call them
They've always worked together. Microsoft would be dumb not to. Microsoft isn't like SUN, Apple, HP or IBM. They don't make any hardware so they rely on Intel and AMD. Called not putting all your eggs in one basket there. Competition is good for MS.
