Either you missed the point, or you do not get patent law....
Im not sue why you included the reference to new use patents in your response to my post. Im fully aware of new use patents, Viagra, ASA for thinning blood, AZT for Aids, yadda yadda yadda, they have been plenty of new use patents given out for some very worthwhile products. And your point is in relation to the RIM case? We are not talking about a new use patent situation here.
