the bigger the better
in many peoples eyes. Just think of houses, people buy bigger houses and flaunt them occasionally thinking they are better, but they forget that their mortgage is higher, along with other everyday bills like power/water/gas.

Always someone going to want to spend monay, Sun is simply giving them a way to do so. In the long run, you will be able to use SPARC, but if you're price conscience you know better, even then some people just like to spend money because they can.
