certainly aspects of identification does not give any kind of 'content. Wiretapping is most likely difficult enough - requiring a given amount of manpower to do so.

Just isolating a given machine doesn't give any leeway to 'who might be doing so at a given session.

For now it would be just as well to have an state id,or some other credential to use the internet phone- or service. That is a given though,most persons dont walk around with liscence plattes tagged to there rearend .

It take imaginations to skii sometimes too. In any event if its 'exceptable voyor fashionable for 'law enforcemnt. Wont find me hanging between the trees doing the likes of imatating James Bond.

Just no reason to travel that way. Just to communicate.
