WireTapping Just Your Imagination
could be the bottom line for this.Since for sure we are beyond the 'wires here in the concept of communicating.

If it was that every software aplication that had to do with communicating 'needed to accomadate the police, federals, 'law enforcement - the application would be benifiting just that. While it should be benifitting communication.

Whatever can be imagined can be accomplished. But in all due respect I dont believe the sincerity of the public is in estabolishing this as a technology in the 'law enforcements benifit.

For example,an application simply leaves a 'port for survelence - via ISP conscriptor,or some other means 'p2p.

But is this only my imagination,or the feds technology to do so.If that port was identified via a 'lawenforcement, certainly they would have the means to mention their presence. As is usual process.

I can see the exhibition,I dont see the inhibition though.Trying to grab a hold of something everybody can relate to.

You know though, you 'could have a relay in 'Internet,if it was that HomeLandSecurity was to be somekind of a presence. Its kind of skitish, but I simply can regard something as lawful when they want to hide themselves for doing so.(e.g. put me in jail i know its only a 'wirtap,..you can put moranda on paper these days).

But hey get a 'presence out there. If you dont think that an 'Internet Public Service Message cant have a homepage - that would certainly show up.

IP calls much the same thing.Program what you want. However there is a lot of imagination to be desired if your considering something consistent with written law. 911 services etc its only a start, certainly not a finish.

-just talking.
